I really didn’t want to write this review, as I’d rather keep these guys a secret! 😂 I took my MP4-12C to JWM last Monday and, having stayed overnight in a nice hotel, needed to hang around while they worked on the car. From the moment I arrived and met Oly, followed by Arney and Jack, I couldn’t have been made more welcome. They were incredibly accommodating and more than happy for me to stay and watch as they worked through the issues with my car, tackling each one methodically and effectively. I was genuinely impressed by their knowledge, both mechanically and when it came to software diagnostics. It’s clear these guys really know their stuff, and it was great to see a team who take such pride in what they do. So, with some reluctance, I have to recommend JWM to anyone looking for McLaren specialists. Just please don’t all go at once, as I’d like to keep them to myself! 😂 Many thanks, guys. The car felt noticeably better on the drive home, which says it all. See you in March for the parking sensors and a service. Looking forward to it!

Great garage with a really professional team. I had my car serviced there recently, and they took the time to go through its history and help identify any potential issues before they became problems. They’re fair, honest, and reasonable. I’ll definitely be using them for all my servicing and maintenance in the future.
